Hybrid Compression Spring 3 (CNT3HB)

This Hybrid Compression Spring 3 combines a compression spring and a ratchet tensioner all in one. The heavy tension compression spring will maintain the tension of the fence wire and a 1/4 inch ratchet can be used to increase the tension as and when required over time.
